“I was excited to take my kids to the pool after a long day of exploring. However, I was very disappointed when we found out the pool's size was smaller than depicted in the photos online. It was a letdown for my kids, especially when we discovered it was closed for cleaning due to some unfortunate accidents. I believe the pool area could have been better maintained, especially with the anticipation of families looking forward to swimming.” view full review

“Our room was decently comfortable, but it definitely had its issues. The bed was great, but the room wasn't as clean as I expected, with some hair left behind in the bathroom.
